Ray’s Cafe really gives you a bang for your buck. This prime rib plate costs only $17 and you get a huge piece of meat, two scoops of rice, and macaroni salad or green salad. When we went, it was pretty busy, so service was on the slow side. A lot of locals go to Ray’s and they also do takeout. If you can, avoid going during the lunch rush hour!
