)This is the Country Pork Steak dish with cranberry beans, coconut–miso, dandelions, Tokyo turnips, and mustard seeds. At many restaurants, pork can be dry and tough to eat, but not at Liholiho. The pork steak is tender and juicy, the way it should be! The coconut-miso drizzle adds so much flavor to the meat. Liholiho uses Tokyo turnips on several dishes and is great with the greens.
